Restorative Aerial Yoga is a gentle, supportive practice that opens the heart, expands the spine, stretches the hips, and relaxes the entire body. The hammock is set low (12–16 inches off the floor) to safely support restorative poses and introduce working with silks.
With the addition of sound, the mind quiets and the body releases tension, guiding you into deep rest and vibration.
