Step away from the chaos and into the calm; Nourish your body, mind, and spirit.
A guided meditation, breath work and Savasana. Bobbie leads the practitioner through a specific meditation practice from breathing exercises to visualizations to help reduce stress, decompress, bring in a calm to the mind and body, reset and rejuvenate.
